However, there are some key things you can do to renew your mind and gain a healthier mindset:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Read and\/or listen to the bible. Remember, we need to replace those lies with the truth. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start consciously taking those lying thoughts captive and replace them with the biblical truth you are learning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Journal. Write down your thoughts, feelings, and prayers during this season. It will help cement what you are learning and who you are becoming.
