Hi Friends!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My name is Allie and I am the heart beat behind A Nalah Life. My vision is that A Nalah Life is a safe hub for mental health information, inspiration and healing. As well as a shared journey towards greater self love and acceptance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m no expert in life and living, but I believe my \u2018mess\u2019 is a \u2018message\u2019 to help others. I have 10 years experience as a social worker, which has brought me greater humility and compassion. I am both a domestic violence and rape survivor. I have walked along side others in their healing journey, as I continue to walk my own day by day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have a passion for travel, holisitic healing, healthy lifestyle, music and writing. I love the outdoors, and a good ol\u2019 face to face conversation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is life after pain and trauma. There is beauty in redefining yourself and loving the heck out of who you are. My hope is that together we will learn to love ourselves fully, including mind, body, and spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite all you have been through, you are Still a Queen.<\/p>\n\n\n
